The goal of this program is to provide financial assistance for animal shelters, rescues and outreach organizations for much needed medical care for those dogs and cats that have been abandoned, abused and neglected. Our main focus, currently, is for the dogs that outreach organizations are able to get surrendered from their current situations. (We will open this back up to more situations, if more funds become available)

Second Chances will  provide up to $1,000 towards medical care (paid directly to the clinic/hospital) as long as we have funds available.
